How does Coaching differ from Therapy? Coaching focuses on future goals and personal development, approaching those changes with goal-oriented strategies that can address growth, relationships, wellness and career to achieve a more balanced, grounded and fulfilling life. Therapy focuses on past traumas and mental health through therapeutic techniques to address mental health and well-being concerns, improving symptoms and psychological health.
I view the Coaching relationship as collaborative and creative. The solutions already exist within the client; they simply need support in being discovered. Exploring those options with an individual is a deeply satisfying exchange!

Women experiencing major life changes, such as divorce, blended family, career issues, motherhood and perimenopause
Women looking to deepen their spiritual experience

Women that want to improve their self-care through fitness, nutrition and mind-body practices
We will map out your dreams, desires and goals and create definitive strategies with accountability, direction, motivation and support. Each program is tailored to your specific needs, and we revisit progress each session to be certain we’re staying on track!
