A little about myself….
My passion for supporting women began with my second career, as a licensed massage therapist, in my mid 20’s, but it became such a dynamic part of my life as I embarked on my own healing journey in my 30’s. I came from a childhood that had religious, emotional and psychological dysfunction, had a challenging first marriage/divorce, was a single mom, lived at poverty level for many years, remarried, had two children of my own, a blended family, became a business owner, became a military mom when my son entered the U.S. Navy and have faced an enormous amount of antisemitism the last couple years.
Oh, and perimenopause struck too! So much fun!
Working in the Wellness field has been instrumental in my own journey of Complex Trauma recovery. I am extensively trained in Mind-Body practices, nervous system protocols, meditation, nutrition and fitness. I utilize all of these approaches to maintain a grounded and balanced mindset. These tools have been invaluable in managing my own perimenopausal symptoms; regaining energy, clarity and joy!
My approach in coaching is one of understanding and validation, while also keeping a “no bullshit” vibe! The clients who get the most out of our work together have typically already pursued therapy, self-work and are willing and open to try whatever it takes to build the life they dream of. Those looking for a quick fix or a magic wand will not get what they need from me.
I believe coaching should be accessible to all; an extension of the human need for community and connection. Coaches can be that vital third person perspective and voice, which we all need, from time to time.
Please feel free to reach out for a pressure-free discovery call and see if we would be a good fit !
This blog is designed for multiple purposes. Often my photography has an important backstory. Clients needing to signify a life change or capture a moment in time. I love to hear their stories and share them, if allowed. It is a truly sacred gift to witness others. Knowing that someone else has experienced situations similar to ours creates a sense of community; we are not quite so alone anymore. I would also like to connect our community better, in my own unique way. I also share mindset, nutrition and fitness tips, as well as my own personal thoughts and experiences!

Photography has become a creative outlet that enriches my life in such a powerful way! Peppered throughout my busy week of being Mom, Wife, Business Owner, and CareTaker of Myself (haha!), are moments of pure joy, where I’m either putting together a photo shoot or editing images in the unique way I love to see them! It also brings me a tremendous amount of happiness to see someone’s eyes light up when they see how beautiful they are!
